Lubbock is a member of the assassin group, Night Raid. He is often shown being a pervert, including trying to peep on Leone while bathing, usually these attempts end in failure. In the city, his cover is an owner of a bookstore. Lubbock's teigu is, Infinite Uses: Cross Tail, a wire based teigu able to be used offensively and defensively ~!Rabac was 4th son born into a wealth merchant family in a region in the Empire. During his childhood as a boy he met Najenda who just moved into the region for the first time. Falling in love at first sight he left the privileged life he no longer desired to follow her into the army. Using his talent, Rabac rose through the ranks to the point where he could serve and be by her side. He would also join Najenda in her deflection to the rebellion, even going as far risk his life to change the military records of both him and her to K.I.A. Because of this he shares a somewhat antagonistic relationship Susanoo who he views as a rival for Najenda's affections.!~
