Natsuki Seba

A former employee of the Okutabi Lab, as well as one of its latest and most successful test subjects. Currently a student at the JCC, where he works as the Weapon Production Department Leader. Seba wears a special black-colored suit which enables him (or whatever the material is covering) to become invisible at will. He is the older brother of Mafuyu.
