Giyuu is reserved and displays little emotion, instead giving off a calm feeling most of the time. As a water breath user, Giyuu has created his own style. The eleventh style, Lull, gives him the ability to nullify any oncoming attacks, though rapid attacks can pierce through it. Though Giyuu is reserved, he does have a few friends, such as Tanjirou and, in the past, [Sabito](https://anilist.co/character/137809/Sabito).
